Our 24-hour pledge is part of this commitment. If you have a claim, an experienced adjuster will contact you and answer any questions you may have, usually within one business day. We will provide a claim number for easy tracking and processing and give you options for emergency repairs if needed.

Claims Process Timeframe

One Minute
Call us toll free, (866) 999-0898, to start the claims process. We average 97% of calls answered within 60 seconds, well above industry standards. That means your claim will be assigned quickly.

One Hour
Emergency services respond within one hour of your call if needed.

24 Hours
An adjuster is assigned to your claim and contacts you to schedule an inspection within 24 hours whenever possible. Advanced claims payments may be issued if necessary; requires insured’s request and documentation.

72 Hours
An adjuster conducts an inspection and writes an estimate for the damage. The adjuster will contact you to discuss the estimate, finalize and mail it, all within 72 hours whenever possible.

Five Days
In most cases, claims payment is processed upon receipt of correct documentation, such as receipts for additional living expenses, a contents inventory checklist or finalized repair estimate (may vary by state). Checks are mailed the day after they are issued.
